If you have reason to believe that your work, or derivatives of your work, have been reproduced on this site in a way that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement, please contact our support team about resolving any issues that may be present.

Your Account
By registering and managing a seller account on Aired, you agree to take charge of maintaining the confidentiality of your account and associated information, including restricting access to the device used to access Aired, and you agree to accept complete responsibility for all activities that occur under your seller account.

If you are under the age of eighteen (16), you may not use the website, as you are not old enough to use the payment processor. Aired and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove and/or edit consent, and cancel transactions in their sole discretion.

Grounds for Termination/Refusal of Service
Users and sellers alike may be immediately terminated for violating any aspect of these terms. Some common reasons for termination include but are not limited to:

- Fraud of any kind (via Payment Processor or Aired), as determined by Aired staff/systems

- Seller’s failure to maintain proper account security

- Failure to cooperate with support staff in the event of a dispute

- Providing false or inaccurate information of any kind

- Mentioning or linking to this site where it is not allowed to be mentioned, such as third-party websites with such services restricted

- Any other breach of these Terms of Use

Aired provided links and pointers to internet sites to maintain. Neither Aired, its parent or supplementary companies, nor their affiliates operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on these third-party sites. The content in this site and the third-party sites are provided “as is” and without assurance of any kind either expressed or implied. 

To the fullest field permissible pursuant to the applicable law, Aired denies all assurance, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied assurance of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. Regardling all virtual goods and services Aired is only providing a service for communication and automation between buyers and sellers. NO GOODS AND/OR PROPERTY ARE BEING SOLD TO THE BUYER BY AIRED.


Reviews, Comments, Communications and Other Content
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or and form of “spam”. You may not use a false Email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content.

Aired keeps the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content. Once you submit content or material, and by default, you grant Aired and its affiliates a royalty-free, nonexclusive, eternal, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create works from, and distribute such content in any place. You grant Aired and its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. Aired has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Aired has no responsibility for any content posted by you or a third party.

Aired and its affiliates try to be as exact as possible in describing a product and/or service. However, Aired does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are exact, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. When a product offered by Aired itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact support for further assistance.
